Wedding Dress Service

Mrs. Pilgrim – My daughter was to be married in a weeks time in Italy , her vintage wedding dress needed alterations and Cleaning and as yet she hadn’t purchased a bridesmaid dress . We searched the internet and found Giltbrook Drycleaners who specialised in every service we needed. We took the dress to one of their high street shops and had the most wonderful service , the staff reassured us that they could guide us through our requirements and arranged a visit to the Giltbrook Tailoress , they even made suggestions for places to purchase the bridesmaid dress , which we did, and also had this altered , what a specialist the tailoress was ! We would like to thank everyone concerned for the care taken to ensure we had nothing to worry about that it would all be ready in time .Thank you Giltbrook Cleaners .

Dry cleaning

Mrs Farnswoth wrote- Just a quick thank you to your Dry cleaning staff , who went the extra mile to provide a excellent service , I had a wedding in Nottingham and couldn’t get my suit cleaned locally , an internet search found Giltbrook Cleaners near to where I was to stay , I phoned the shop and the staff assured me that if I popped my suit in the post to them they could have it cleaned and ready for me to collect on the big day .This promise was kept and I collected my suit , and I have to say the tissue and packaging and finishing was superb , a satisfied customer.

Curtain cleaning

Mr & Mrs Dowerty , This is the first time we have used Giltbrook Cleaners and we feel we have to contact and say that we were so delighted with the care taken to clean our curtains .The staff explained the form to us and talked us through any pitfalls that could occur during the cleaning process ,very reassuring as our curtains were quite old and we hadn’t realized that they may have deterioted in the sun .Fortunately the curtains withstood the cleaning and look nice and fresh for the summer and the staff kindly helped us out to the car with them , what a refreshing change that was .

Service

Mrs Love – I live in France and as I was visiting Nottingham decided that as the price of dry cleaning is expensive here , I would find a Dry cleaners near to where I was visiting and give the a call to see if they could help . Giltbrook Cleaners certainly could , I took in a sample arm cover , on their suggestion , so they could test for suitability for cleaning before they cleaned the rest of the covers , the care taken gave me confidence that if anyone could successfully clean them Giltbook was up to the job .The results were excellent and the covers were beautifully presented back to me carefully packaged for my trip back home , bon voyage!!!
